Text4baby on MTV- Samantha tells her mom about text4baby on the show "16 and Pregnant." Parents always make the joke that they wish their child came with a handbook. Well, it looks like modern technology has been listening because now there's a cell phone-based help guide of sorts.

Check out this bonus clip from "16 and Pregnant," in which Samantha tells her mom about a program called Text4Baby. It's a free and simple tool that supports mothers during their first year of parenting. Just by texting "BABY" to 511411, moms receive regular reminders and tips to help them raise their newborns!

Get a crib to keep your baby safe while he sleeps. The safest way for baby to sleep is on his back in a crib near your bed (within arm's reach).

Can’t sleep? Lie on your side. Put pillows between your knees, under your belly and behind your back. This should give you extra support.
A seat belt protects you & your baby. Shoulder belt goes between your breasts & lap strap goes under your belly (not on or above). Wear it every time.
