When I learned about text4baby I thought this is a great opportunity to test using a tool that is the most common way to communicate, and also crosses more socio-economic barriers than many other tools we have. One of our main goals is to narrow that gap and one important tool to do that is information and communication. Text4baby puts providers (and all of the things they know are important to moms, dads and babies), on the phones of moms.
