Capital District Physicians' Health Plan, Inc.
Capital District Physicians' Health Plan, Inc. (CDPHP) began their partnership with text4baby in 2010 and has directly promoted text4baby since then to over 5,300 expectant women and new moms, and educated even more members. Text4baby has been proudly promoted on the CDPHP website, through trimester-targeted member outreach mailings and phone calls, in provider and member newletters, and in member benefit brochures.
CDPHP also created co-branded flyers to distribute at health fairs, wellness classes, and provider offices as well as customized posters which were put on display in a variety of settings. Members of CDPHP involved in case management services also receive text4baby materials and education on its benefits.
